Not covered - fully unrefundable: Manual bans. A manual ban is any ban issued by a human reviewer (not an automated hardware flag). Manual bans are treated as user error - they mean your gameplay, settings, or behavior got you reported and reviewed, not Wizard. This includes rage hacking, obvious aim, tracking through walls, ignoring the closet-cheating guide, using inhuman settings, or running other cheats alongside Wizard.
