Refund Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which Wizard ("we", "us", "our") will issue a refund for the Wizard color aimbot software ("Wizard" or "the Software"). By purchasing a paid license, you agree to this policy. This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Hardware Protection Guarantee
We stand behind Wizard with the Hardware Protection Guarantee. If Wizard causes a hardware flag (a hardware-level ban or restriction imposed by a game's anti-cheat system, such as Riot Vanguard) on a game account that Wizard was actively protecting at the time, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you paid for your license.
To qualify for a refund under the Hardware Protection Guarantee:
- The flag must be a hardware flag (a ban tied to your device/HWID), not an account-level suspension, chat restriction, or other non-hardware penalty.
- Wizard must have been active and running on the affected account at the time the flag was issued. We may request evidence such as the in-game ban notification or the platform message.
- You must open a support ticket from your dashboard with the platform notification or in-game message within 14 days of the flag.
- You must allow us a reasonable opportunity to attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is issued.
- If we cannot resolve it, we refund 100% of your purchase. No restocking fee, no runaround.
2. Free Trial
The 24-hour free trial is provided at no cost. No card, no email, and no payment are required. Because no payment is made, no refund is applicable. The trial is offered to let you evaluate Wizard risk-free before purchasing.
3. Paid License Refunds
Beyond the Hardware Protection Guarantee, refunds for paid licenses are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The following general guidelines apply:
- Starter+ (3-day license): Due to the short duration and immediate full access, refunds are available only under the Hardware Protection Guarantee.
- Professional (monthly license): If you experience a technical issue that prevents Wizard from running on a supported, compliant system and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your billing period.
- Lifetime (one-time payment): Refunds are available under the Hardware Protection Guarantee. Other refund requests for Lifetime licenses are evaluated case-by-case within 14 days of purchase if the Software has not been activated or used.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Manual bans (fully unrefundable). A manual ban is any ban, suspension or restriction issued by a human reviewer rather than an automated hardware flag. Manual bans are treated as user error - they mean your gameplay, settings, or behavior got you reported and reviewed, not Wizard. This includes but is not limited to: rage hacking, obvious aim, tracking targets through walls, ignoring the closet-cheating guide, using inhuman settings, or using other cheats alongside Wizard. Manual bans are not covered by the Hardware Protection Guarantee or any other refund provision, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances for a manual ban.
- Account-level bans or suspensions that are not hardware flags. The Hardware Protection Guarantee covers hardware flags only.
- Bans caused by your own conduct, including but not limited to: using other cheats alongside Wizard, using obviously inhuman settings, being reported by other players for suspicious behavior, or violating the game's Terms of Service in ways unrelated to Wizard.
- Failure to meet system requirements. If your system does not pass the six security checks (Kernel DMA Protection, VBS, HVCI, Hardware Stack Protection, LSA Protection, Vulnerable Driver Blocklist) and you proceed anyway, you assume the risk.
- Cracking, tampering, or reverse engineering. If you violate the prohibited conduct in our Terms, your license is void and no refund will be issued.
- License sharing or trial farming. If your license is banned for use on multiple devices or for creating multiple trials, no refund will be issued.
- Change of mind after substantial use. If you have used Wizard for a significant portion of your license term and no technical defect or hardware flag exists, a refund for change of mind is not available.
- Game updates or anti-cheat updates that temporarily or permanently affect Wizard's functionality, unless covered by the Hardware Protection Guarantee. We work to restore compatibility as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with future game or anti-cheat updates.
- Chargebacks initiated before contacting support. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment processor before contacting us and giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue, your license will be terminated and the chargeback may be contested.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the Hardware Protection Guarantee or any other provision of this policy:
- Open a support ticket from your dashboard, or email support@wizardcolorbot.com.
- Include your license key, the plan you purchased, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
- For Hardware Protection Guarantee claims, include the platform notification or in-game message showing the hardware flag.
- Allow us up to 14 days to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
- If we cannot resolve it, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment processor and bank, typically 7-10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment processor.
7. License Termination Upon Refund
When a refund is issued, your license is terminated immediately and permanently. Your HWID and account may be flagged to prevent future purchases. You must stop using Wizard and delete all copies from your device.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect on the date of your purchase. We will post updates on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
