Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Wizard ("we", "us", "our", or "the Service") collects when you download, launch, or use the Wizard color aimbot software (the "Software"), why we collect it, how we store and protect it, and the rights you have over it. By downloading, launching, or using Wizard, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and consent to the data practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
Wizard is a license-bound, hardware-authenticated software product. To enforce licensing, prevent abuse, and protect our intellectual property, we collect the following categories of data. Some of this data is collected automatically when you launch the Software; other data is provided when you purchase a license or contact support.
1.1 Hardware Identifiers (HWID)
When you launch Wizard, the Software generates a hardware identifier ("HWID") derived from one or more hardware components of your computer, which may include motherboard serial numbers, CPU identifiers, disk drive serial numbers, GPU identifiers, MAC addresses, and other hardware fingerprints. This HWID is transmitted to our authentication servers and used to bind your license to your device, enforce the one-trial-per-device limit, and detect license sharing across multiple machines. The HWID is a fingerprint of your hardware, not your personal identity, but it can be used to identify a specific device over time.
1.2 IP Address
When the Software connects to our authentication servers, we log your IP address. We use your IP address to authenticate your session, enforce rate limits, detect suspicious or abusive behavior, prevent trial farming (creating multiple trials from the same network), block known malicious actors, and comply with security obligations. IP addresses are retained in server logs for a limited period as described in our retention schedule.
1.3 System & Security Check Data
Before Wizard will run, it probes six Windows security features to verify your platform is hardened. The Software reads the status of Kernel DMA Protection, Virtualization-Based Security (VBS), Memory Integrity (HVCI), Kernel-mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection, Local Security Authority (LSA) Protection, and the Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist. The results of these checks (on/off status only, not the contents of your system) may be transmitted to our servers to verify eligibility, troubleshoot launch failures, and detect tampered or virtualized environments used to circumvent our one-device policy. The Software queries these values using the same Windows APIs that msinfo32 and the Windows Security app use (WMI, registry, and NtQuerySystemInformation). We do not read, copy, or transmit your personal files, browser data, or any data unrelated to these security checks.
1.4 License & Account Data
We store your license key, license type (trial, Starter+, Professional, or Lifetime), activation timestamp, expiration date, the HWID the license is bound to, and the number of activations. For free trials, a trial account is registered automatically when you launch, with no email or card required. For paid licenses, we store the edition name and purchase date. This data is necessary to validate your license on each launch and to prevent unauthorized use.
1.5 Payment Data
We do not process or store your full payment card number, CVV, or other raw card data on our servers. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We receive and store a transaction reference, the last four digits of your card (if provided by the processor), the payment amount, the plan purchased, and the transaction status. The payment processor is responsible for the security of your card data under its own privacy policy and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).
1.6 Anti-Abuse, Anti-Tamper & Anti-Cracking Data
To protect our Software from cracking, piracy, reverse engineering, and unauthorized redistribution, the Software collects and transmits additional device and environment data when it detects suspicious behavior. This may include: a more detailed hardware fingerprint (component serials and identifiers), operating system version and build number, installed software relevant to tamper detection, virtualization or sandbox indicators, debugger or analysis-tool presence, file integrity hashes of the Software itself, and the results of internal integrity checks. This data is collected solely to detect and prevent unauthorized use, to ban devices or accounts that attempt to crack or redistribute the Software, and to support legal action against distributors of cracked copies. If you do not attempt to crack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the Software, this enhanced data collection is not triggered.
1.7 Support Communications
If you contact us for support (e.g., to open a ticket regarding the Hardware Protection Guarantee), we collect the information you provide, which may include your license key, a description of your issue, screenshots or logs you share, and your contact details if you choose to provide them. We use this data solely to respond to your request and resolve your issue.
1.8 Technical & Usage Data
When the Software connects to our servers, we automatically log standard technical data including timestamps, request headers, Software version, launch events, and error or crash reports. This data is used to maintain and improve the Service, diagnose bugs, and monitor for abuse.
1.9 Website Data
When you visit wizardcolorbot.com, we may collect standard web analytics data such as page views, referrer, browser type, screen resolution, and approximate location (country-level, derived from IP). We may use cookies or local storage (e.g., to remember your sound toggle preference). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How & Why We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect for the following purposes:
- License authentication & enforcement: to validate your license on launch, bind it to your hardware, and enforce the one-trial-per-device rule.
- Anti-abuse & fraud prevention: to detect trial farming, license sharing, account resale, and other violations of our Terms.
- Anti-cracking & intellectual property protection: to detect reverse engineering, tampering, and unauthorized redistribution, and to ban offending devices.
- Security & platform verification: to confirm your system meets the security requirements before the Software runs.
- Service maintenance & improvement: to diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and develop updates.
- Support: to respond to your support tickets and process refund requests under the Hardware Protection Guarantee.
- Legal compliance & protection: to enforce our Terms, defend against claims, and pursue legal action against those who crack or redistribute our Software.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the following legal bases:
- Contract: processing is necessary to provide you the Service you requested, including license authentication and enforcement.
- Legitimate interests: protecting our intellectual property, preventing fraud and abuse, and maintaining the security and integrity of the Service.
- Legal obligation: complying with applicable laws, court orders, or law-enforcement requests.
- Consent: where you voluntarily provide data (e.g., in a support ticket) or consent to optional analytics.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on our authentication servers and related infrastructure. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and restricted internal access. Authentication tokens and license data are stored in encrypted form. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. The Software itself does not persist data to your disk between sessions beyond a local license cache, and reverts its in-memory state on reboot.
5. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:
- License & HWID data: retained for the duration of your license plus a limited period thereafter to prevent immediate re-abuse.
- Free trial data: retained for at least 90 days after trial expiry to enforce the one-trial-per-device rule.
- IP & server logs: retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse investigation.
- Anti-cracking data: retained for as long as necessary to pursue legal action against cracking or redistribution, which may be several years.
- Support communications: retained for the life of your license plus 12 months.
- Payment records: retained as required by tax and financial law in our jurisdiction (typically 5-7 years).
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Payment processors: to process your purchase, we share transaction details with our payment processor. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
- Service providers: we may use third-party hosting, CDN, or infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
- Legal & law enforcement: we may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or to pursue legal action against those who crack, redistribute, or abuse our Software.
- Business transfer: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., under the GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws), you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legitimate retention needs (e.g., anti-abuse, legal obligations).
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request data portability.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@wizardcolorbot.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that we may need to retain certain data (such as HWID and IP records) to prevent abuse even after a deletion request, as permitted by law.
8. Cookies & Local Storage
Our website uses minimal local storage to remember your preferences (e.g., the sound toggle and backdrop selection). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. The Software itself does not use browser cookies. You can clear local storage at any time through your browser settings.
9. Children's Privacy
Wizard is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a person under 18, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using Wizard, you consent to the transfer of your data to these jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this policy regardless of where it is stored.
11. Data We Do Not Collect
For clarity, Wizard does not collect or transmit: your personal files, documents, photos, or media; your browser history, cookies, or saved passwords; your game account credentials or Riot account login details; the contents of your game memory; your chat messages; or any data from applications unrelated to Wizard's operation. The Software reads only screen pixels for aim detection and Windows security status signals for platform verification.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Software or website. Continued use of Wizard after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
13. Contact
