Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 13, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of the Wizard color aimbot software ("Wizard", "the Software", or "the Service") provided by Wizard ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). By downloading, launching, or using Wizard in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Software.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Wizard. By using the Software, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Wizard is not available to persons under 18. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Wizard complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
2. Acknowledgment of Risk & Game Terms of Service
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Wizard is a third-party tool that is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Valve Corporation, or any other game developer or publisher.
- Using Wizard may violate the Terms of Service or End User License Agreement of games you play, including Valorant and Riot Vanguard. Game publishers may suspend, ban, or otherwise penalize your game account or hardware if they detect or suspect use of third-party software.
- The Company does not guarantee that Wizard will remain undetected by any anti-cheat system indefinitely. Anti-cheat systems are updated continuously, and detection is always possible.
- You assume all risk associated with using Wizard, including the risk of account suspension, hardware bans, loss of in-game progress, and any other consequences imposed by game publishers.
- The Company is not liable for any action taken by a game publisher against you or your account, including bans, suspensions, or hardware flags, except as expressly provided in the Hardware Protection Guarantee described in our Refund Policy.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, the Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and run Wizard on a single device for the duration of your license term. The license is bound to the hardware identifier (HWID) of the device on which it is first activated.
- Free Trial: a one-time 24-hour trial license, limited to one trial per device, enforced both locally and server-side.
- Starter+ (Beginner Edition): a 3-day license.
- Professional (Pro Edition): a 30-day monthly license.
- Lifetime (Godmode Edition): a perpetual license for the lifetime of the product, subject to these Terms.
You may not transfer your license to another device, another person, or another account. License transfers are not supported except where required by law.
4. Permitted Use
You may use Wizard solely for your own personal, non-commercial use on the licensed device. You may configure the Software's settings (aimbot, aim assist, triggerbot, humanization, and gameplay toolkit) to your preference.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to, and you will not authorize or encourage any third party to:
- Crack, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or attempt to discover or reconstruct source code, algorithms, or internal logic by any means.
- Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any license authentication, anti-tamper, integrity check, or anti-cracking mechanism in the Software.
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Software or your license key to any other person or entity.
- Share your license across multiple devices. The license is bound to a single HWID. Using the same license on a second device is a violation of these Terms.
- Create multiple free trials on the same device or from the same IP/network to circumvent the one-trial-per-device limit, including by using virtual machines, HWID spoofers, VPNs, or hardware changes.
- Use the Software to develop, test, or distribute competing aimbot or cheat products.
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to overload, attack, or disrupt our authentication servers or infrastructure.
Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your license, a permanent ban of your device and IP, forfeiture of any payments made, and legal action where appropriate.
6. Anti-Abuse, Anti-Tamper & Anti-Cracking Measures
The Software includes technical protection measures designed to detect cracking, tampering, reverse engineering, and unauthorized redistribution. When the Software detects such activity, it may collect and transmit additional device and environment data as described in our Privacy Policy. This data is used to ban offending devices, invalidate licenses, and support legal action against those who crack or redistribute the Software. You consent to this data collection as a condition of using Wizard. If you do not tamper with the Software, this enhanced collection is not triggered.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service, ban devices, invalidate licenses, and block IP addresses at its sole discretion where it suspects abuse, fraud, cracking, or Terms violations. We are not obligated to provide a warning or explanation before taking such action.
7. Pricing, Payment & Billing
Paid plans are priced as follows: Starter+ at $30 for a 3-day license; Professional at $150 per month; Lifetime at $399 as a one-time payment. Prices are in USD and may change at any time; changes do not affect active licenses. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase. The free trial requires no payment, no card, and no email.
8. Free Trial Terms
The 24-hour free trial is granted once per device. The trial begins when you first launch Wizard and expires 24 hours later. Creating multiple trials on the same device, from the same IP, or using virtual machines, spoofers, or hardware manipulation to obtain additional trials is prohibited and will result in a ban. The trial includes access to all features but is provided with no warranty and may be terminated or modified at any time.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes the Hardware Protection Guarantee. If Wizard causes a hardware flag on an account it was protecting and we cannot resolve it, you may be entitled to a full refund. Please review the Refund Policy for full terms, conditions, and the process for requesting a refund.
10. Disclaimers
WIZARD AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNDETECTED, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL REMAIN COMPATIBLE WITH ANY GAME OR ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEM AFTER FUTURE UPDATES. YOU BEAR ALL RISK OF DETECTION, BANS, AND ACCOUNT OR HARDWARE PENALTIES.
11. Assumption of Risk
You expressly acknowledge that using Wizard carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: detection by anti-cheat systems resulting in account or hardware bans; changes to anti-cheat systems that render Wizard detectable or non-functional; loss of access to games, accounts, or in-game items; and legal or disciplinary action by game publishers. You voluntarily assume all such risks. The Company's sole obligation in the event of a hardware flag is as described in the Hardware Protection Guarantee in the Refund Policy, and nothing in these Terms creates any additional obligation.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GAME ACCOUNTS, IN-GAME ITEMS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE WIZARD, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PRICING OF WIZARD REFLECTS THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your use of Wizard; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights, including game publishers' Terms of Service; your cracking, redistribution, or unauthorized use of the Software; or your violation of any law. The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you will cooperate in that defense.
14. Intellectual Property
Wizard, including all software, code, designs, graphics, text, the Wizard name and logo, and all related intellectual property, is owned by the Company and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership or intellectual property rights in Wizard other than the limited license granted in Section 3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software.
15. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your license and access to Wizard at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that your use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or the Company. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately. You may stop using Wizard at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Intellectual Property) will remain in effect.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or Wizard shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You and the Company agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.
17. Third-Party Software
Wizard manipulates legitimate, signed third-party software (such as Razer Synapse and Logitech G Hub) that is already installed on your device. The Company is not affiliated with these third parties and does not modify, distribute, or bundle their software. You are responsible for ensuring you have valid licenses for any third-party software on your device. The Company is not liable for any issues arising from third-party software.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Wizard after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
